Here at Teddy Tastic, we try our very best to ensure that our products are of the highest quality. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase you can send them back for a full refund within 28 days of purchase through your original payment method.
To obtain a refund it is essential that you follow the instructions below. These provisions apply in the event that you return goods to us because you say they are faulty:

- If at any time you are requested to return product to us, please send the product to The Partyman Company Ltd, Teddy Tastic, Marsh Farm, Marsh Farm Road, South Woodham Ferrers, Essex, CM3 5WP. Please always ship via a courier. All relevant items should be returned in the original packaging with all component parts.
